  • How much is your delivery fee?
    For local Manhattan orders, our delivery fee is $10. All orders to Upper Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn and the Bronx have a delivery fee of $30. Orders to Staten Island, Westchester, Nassau County, Suffolk County, and New Jersey delivery fee of $50.
  • Do you have a minimum for delivery?
    Yes, our minimum amount for delivery for a floral arrangement is $50 (not including tax and delivery fee). The starting price for our plants is $8 ranging to $200.
  • Do you offer same-day delivery?
    Yes, we offer same-day delivery anywhere within 75 miles of our New York City storefront! Same-day orders within Manhattan must be placed by 2 PM EST. Same-day orders to Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens, Long Island, Westchester, and New Jersey must be placed by 11 AM EST. Otherwise next day it is!
  • What is your flower replacement policy?
    If your flowers arrive damaged or not up to standards, we will replace it free of charge. Please notify us within 24 hours via email to support: qualityflorist@verizon.net and we will organize a replacement delivery ASAP. Please include pictures and your order number. After 3 days, we are unable to issue any credit or discount for the floral arrangement purchase.
  • When will my flowers be delivered?
    Our #1 goal is to have your flowers delivered as quickly as possible. We will deliver your order within the selected time frame in the checkout process. Please note for outerborough deliveries, our delivery time frame is from 9am - 5pm, as routes/traffic vary each day. Trust us it will be there before 5 PM.
  • What is your orchids & plants replacement policy?
    For plants or orchids, if your item arrives damaged or not up to standards, please contact us within 7 days to address the issue. After 7 days we are unable to replace your order.
