Frequently asked questions
Delivery & Replacement Policy
Our #1 goal is to have your flowers delivered as quickly as possible. We will deliver your order within the selected time frame in the checkout process. Please note for outerborough deliveries, our delivery time frame is from 9am - 5pm, as routes/traffic vary each day. Trust us it will be there before 5 PM.
If your flowers arrive damaged or not up to standards, we will replace it free of charge. Please notify us within 24 hours via email to support: qualityflorist@verizon.net and we will organize a replacement delivery ASAP.
Please include pictures and your order number. After 3 days, we are unable to issue any credit or discount for the floral arrangement purchase.
